| Detailed Description |
| We are looking for a new a housemate for a bright double room in a shared 3 bed flat next to Hackney Downs. The room is a big double with large wardrobe and sash windows which let in a wonderful amount of light, the room has its own shower and wc which have recently been refurbished.
We are looking for someone who is happy to hang out with flatmates when the opportunity arises but is equally independent. Must be clean, considerate, and speak English fluently. We are good friends and the place is more like a home than a flat share, we are very easy going and looking for someone who wants stress free living.
On the ground floor:
- 2 large bedrooms
- Recently refurbished bathroom
On the lower ground
- Lounge (HD projector but no tv)
- New Kitchen with new dish washer and washing machine
- 3rd bedroom
The Lounge opens out onto a shared garden. We have superfast broadband and a cleaner who comes fortnightly. The flat is just around the corner from Hackney Downs, is a 5minute walk from Hackney Downs station and Hackney Central station and not too far from the bars and cafes of Clapton and Chatsworth Road, London Fields is about a 15 minute walk.
