| Detailed Description |
| We are an Australian couple looking for other professionals to share a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom property.
We have already found a couple of ideal properties in the Chiswick and Groves Park area. Both properties have 2 bathrooms, spacious double bedrooms, large kitchens, greatly sized lounge/reception areas, extremely close to tube stations and buses and close to local shops and amenities. One of the properties also has a large private garden. The Chiswick and Groves Park areas are extremely picturesque, safe and have a wonderful serene vibe.
The properties we’ve found are 220-240 pounds each per week, which includes bills (council tax, water, electricity, and WI-FI). Although this seems high, this is an incredible price for the area, and for having the peace of mind that you have control over the house rather than someone else, as we would be renting direct from a Real Estate Agent. Other fees (such as agency fees, references and deposits), will also be required but will differ depending on the property we choose.
Mark and Analyn (us), are easy going, friendly, helpful, responsible, neat and clean and outgoing. Analyn loves to cook and chances are you’ll be given a free meal every now and then. Mark is in IT and extremely helpful in a pinch. We both like to have a laugh, a chat and we don’t have poles up our arses, so any kinds of concerns you have about household needs we’re happy to have a chat about.
