| Detailed Description |
| I have a large, fully furnished loft room available immediately in a newly refurbished house. The house is comprised of six bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and a living/dining room. It's only a 15 minute walk into town but the bus stop for the 39 and 40 is right outside the door and come every five minutes during the day. There is also a small asda right around the corner plenty of corner shops, restaurants and take aways.
The room is £325 a month all inclusive so that covers ALL bills, TV license, council tax, heating and Virgin Media internet. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, a bedside table and an extra brand new heater as well as the radiator. The house has separate fridge and freezer with plenty of space, washer, dryer and gas hob and oven.
There are currently 4 boys and one girl all aged between 19-30 living at the property. They are working professionals and artists in their spare time and are all very friendly and welcoming.
