| Girl (aged 26) seeking new housemates to move in January/February 2014.
Property: Large house with kitchen/diner, living room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Location: 5 – 7 minutes walk to South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line). 20 minutes’ walk to Ealing Broadway (District and Central Line). N11 at the end of the road (Liverpool Street to Ealing Broadway). Free parking outside the house.
Rooms: fully furnished
Garden: long, admittedly overgrown, but very fruitful. Housemates very welcome to pitch in if keen (or not!) Must be willing to share with resident fox.
Internet included. Council tax £56 p/m. Utilities not included (gas and electricity generally £30 p/m in the winter and £10 p/m in the summer).
