IT HAS A MODERN KITCHEN, BATHROOM, SEPERATE DINNING, A VERY BIG LOUNGE WITH TV AND SKY BROADBAND BUT THE BILLS WILL BE SPILTTED BETWEEN THE OCCUPANTS (14.57)EVERYMONTH FOR THE BROADBAND, BILLS TO BE PAID FOR IS JUST THE ELECTRICITY AND BROADBAND, THE REST ARE INCLUSIVE, AVAILABLE CAR PARK, A BUS STOP IS OPPOSITE THE FLAT. 5MINS BUS RIDE TO THE STATION IF YOU DONT FEEL LIKE WALKING, KINDLY LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
