You are going to share the flat with 3 full time working females.
Only few minutes walking there are bus stops where you can catch buses to the City, West End and buses for Manor House and Finsbury Park (253-254-73-106-393-).Church Street with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, park is also a short walk away.
The price of the room is 125 inclusive of all bills, council tax and wireless internet.
Parking maybe available
2 weeks rent in advance and 1 month deposit is required.
You can leave anytime by giving 1 month notice
Then the rent will be payable every two weeks
Please no Dss.
The room can also be rented for short term but with a minimum of 1 month.
