| Nice little modern two bedroom flat in Clapham. One double bedroom available. The room is big and airy and gets loads of sun which is very limited in England. The flat comes fully furnished and most of the appliances have been bought in the last year. Bills are about £150 a month which includes gas, water, Wi-Fi, sky TV and movies, electric, TV license and council tax.
The closest transport link is Clapham North tube stop (1 minute walk) Clapham High Street overland (2 minutes) or Stockwell (5 minutes)
The hustle and bustle of Clapham high Street is a sort walk away. There are loads of nice bars and restaurants right on the door step. Clapham is a vibrant and buzzing area with lots to do. Brixton is a 10min walk away and has ton's of hidden gems.
About Me:
I work for a charity in London. I am fun and energetic, easy to get along with. I am quite a sociable personso I am often out and about with friends and family in town. During the week I spend time at the gym after work or chilling on the common and making the most of the local amenities.
