| Detailed Description |
| We are three current PhD students (2 guys and 1 girl) who are moving in to 20 Jeune Street, just off Cowley Road, Oxford this coming September, and are looking for a 4th person to live with!
The house itself is big and spacious, with a big living room, dining room table, nice kitchen, big backyard area and nicely sized rooms (2 double and 2 single: the room choices have not been made yet so either is a possibility). The location is ideal, being just off Cowley Road, right by the Ultimate Picture Palace and all the other great Cowley attractions, though it is still quiet at night. Ten minutes walk to get into dead center of town, also very close cycle ride to Oxford Brookes.
Rent is potentially negotiable down to ~460 per month, at the expense of having the last choice of rooms.
